Description

An album of 30 pages containing 41 prints.

The album is divided into two halfs, the first shows the Villa and the second the Castle. The Castle is not an EH site but is catalogued for completeness with the villa.

The first half includes general views of the 1949 excavations and the Temple soon after excavation. There are also general exterior and construction views of the shelter built over the villa. The views of the castle are from one photographic job showing areas where repair work is needed.
