Description

Photographic album showing the construction and launch of the concrete vessel 'Cretemanor' at the premises leased by Hughes and Stirling on the north side of the River Ribble in Preston, Lancashire in August 1919. The photographs are by Arthur Winter, a Preston based photographer. The album is no longer intact and its contents have been catalogued separately as loose original prints under the number run OP01203 - OP01227. The frontispiece and back cover have been catalogued as XA00001 and XA00071.
