Description

An album of 6 pages containing 6 black and white photographs showing the 14th century gatehouse of Steeton Hall. Four of the photographs were taken for the N.C.B. (assumed to be National Coal Board). The remaining two are Ministry of Public Buildings and Works photographs. All but one show general views of the gatehouse from various angles. The exception shows a detail of a repaired fracture in the gate passage.

All were taken in 1968.
