Description

Album one of eight. An album containing sixty-six black and white albumen prints, showing the exteriors of public houses in London owned by Watney and Company Limited brewers. The photographs date from the 1880s, and many include people, generally posed for the camera outside the pub. Several of the images show the pub before and after alterations made to the building.
