Description
A series of 6 negatives taken for the Ministry of Works showing provisions for sewage management at a site in Amersham. The first in the series is missing, meaning that only 5 negatives are now present.
The Ministry of Works was the Government department tasked by the 'Temporary Housing Act 1944/45' with alleviating the acute housing shortages in the immediate postwar years. The original Ministry of Works storage envelope lists the operator as “F”.
