Description

A series of 3 negatives taken for the Ministry of Works showing evidence of war damage. The Ministry of Works was the Government department tasked under the 'Temporary Housing Act 1944/45' with alleviating the acute housing shortages in the immediate postwar years. Two of the negatives have been partially masked. The original Ministry of Works storage envelope lists the operator as “F”.
