Description

Fourteen black and white photographs showing exterior views of buildings and street scenes on Sandside including before and after demolition of numbers 51-51A.

The photos were taken between 1961 and 1970. All were commissioned by Scarborough Borough Council. Ten were taken by Frederick Stanley Cheer and four were taken by Walkers Studios Limited. Not all of the prints have been catalogued in detail. A full handlist is available.
