Description

Twenty three black and white photographs showing sites around North Cliff, Scarborough. Sites includes Castle Road, Claremont Terrace, North Marine Road, Queens Parade and James Street. The majority of the contents date from the mid twentieth century but there are a handful of modern reproductions of earlier prints. All of the photographs have been commissioned or collected by Scarborough Borough Council. Not all of the photographs have been catalogued in detail. A full handlist is available.
