Tomb of Mary, Lady Montgomerie, Kensal Green Cemetery, Harrow Road W10 - Kensington and Chelsea

Massive sarcophagus of Carrara marble on a grey granite base with a frieze of paterae and fleurs de lys. It is now completely submerged under ivy. Ash saplings further threaten its structural stability. A condition survey with recommendations for conservation works is required once the vegetation has been removed, but no funding sources have yet been identified.
