Allestree Hall, Allestree Park, Derby - Derby, City of (UA)

House, 1802. Landscaped park now a golf course. The internal condition is poor, but the building is in fair condition overall. The building is largely vacant and its future use uncertain. The City Council is looking for an holistic approach to the redevelopment of the site and remains committed to finding a solution. Following the production of a Heritage Assessment and Planning Brief, the City Council have recently marketed Allestree Hall.
