St Columba's Vicarage and link to church, Kingsland Road E2 - Hackney
Gothic Revival vicarage built 1873-4 to the design of James Brooks. The vicarage forms part of a larger group of listed buildings by the same architect, including the church and Sisters' House. A condition survey in 2018 and more recent drone and drainage surveys funded by Covid19 Heritage at Risk emergency grants and the Diocese of London have highlighted the seriousness of the condition. Discussions in 2019 led to an application for Listed Building Consent in early 2020 for repairs and development. These discussions are on-going and architects have been appointed. Funding is being sought.
