Wisemans Mill (also known as Oby Mill), Ashby with Oby, Great Yarmouth - Norfolk Broads (NP)
Drainage windpump dating from 1753 and its associated but later engine house. Now disused and vacant but containing original equipment. Previous owner gained planning permission for wider use of the site and listed building consent for the repair of the mill but these permissions expired in spring 2021. The temporary roof covering on the mill is not properly fixed and windows are missing. The building needs to be made wind and water-tight to prevent further deterioration.
