A small C17 house altered and partly rebuilt with a modern gable wall. The cellar giving access to a large C15 vaulted undercroft, partly under the house and partly under the adjacent driveway. Extensive water ingress to the undercroft has caused severe decay of the historic masonry. Improvements to drainage have not resolved the issue and a temporary supporting system has been installed. Periodic monitoring and discussions with the owners are ongoing.
