Cottage. 2 builds. Early C19 range to right, one-and-a-half-storey range to left said to be 1690. Coursed hammer-dressed sandstone.
Pantile roof. Rebuilt brick stack. 2-storey single bay section and one-and-a-half-storey 4-bay section with through passage. C20 glazed door under herring-bone tooled lintel. 2 square fixed-light windows with glazing bars flank a boarded door under an inserted C20 square window to left of-one-and-a-half-storey range. 16-pane sashes with keyed lintels to 2-storey range. Coped gable walls with moulded kneelers and single stack to 2-storey section. Third bay of one-and-a- half-storey range belongs to South End Farm (qv).
