Cottage. C18. White painted cob and stone rubble. Thatch roof, hipped at right end. Brick stack at left gable end. 2-cell plan with continuous outshut to rear with slate roof. 2-storeys. 2-window range of C19 2-light casements, 8-panes per light to left, 6-panes to right. Two 2-light casements flanking gabled porch with plank inner door. C19 two-light casement at right end, 6-panes per light with 3 pigeon holes to left, 2 to right above 4-paned casement to right of 2-panelled door. Interior: Some C18 joinery intact.
