Town house now part of Senior Citizens' Home. Circa 1820: Stone, Ham ashlar with Welsh slate bell cast hipped roof, wide eaves overhang: central flat roof possibly with lantern. 2-storeys, 3-bay elevation with central stone doorcase with open pediment on typical Yeovil console brackets; doorway has depressed arch with simple fanlight, (upper panels removed from 6-panel door); window openings have architraves with keystones; window sashes have small and margined panes: (central lst floor window now casement). Sides pebbledashed, interior much altered to meet fire regulations, not inspected. All the various extensions excluded from listing.

House in landscaped grounds which now form Preston Park.
