House. Mid C19. Random rubble, Bridgwater Patent tile roof, 2 brick end stacks. Picturesque. Two storeys, 3 bays, paired 4-pane casements, each in a semi-circular headed stone surround with imposts, bracketed sills, single opening in similar style to centre of first floor. Central door opening in conforming surround with emphasised keystone, 6-panelled door, top 3 panels with semi-circular heads; fanlight with glazing bars. Metal ogee canopy hood with wrought iron finial on slender lattice framed supports. Pair of quarry-faced ashlar gate piers, moulded caps with ball finials.
