Farmhouse, attached to cottages. Dated T*B 1707. Rubble-stone walls.

Thatch roof. Brick stack at left hand, and stone stack at right hand party wall. 2 storeys. 3 windows, 3-light casements, with wooden and cast-iron glazing-bars. Wooden cills. Segmental brick arches over ground floor windows. C20 plank front door at-centre, with a wooden frame, and segmental brick arch over. C20 bracketed wooden canopy over. Left hand end of rubble-stone with a slate roof.

2 storeys. Wooden casement with glazing-bars. Plank door, c.C19.

Stream flows under this extension, perhaps therefore extended for milling purposes.
