Early C18. At right angles to road. Flint with brick dressings; pebble-dash front to road. Steep pantile roof with coped gable ends, and brick dentil eaves; 2 storeys. Five windows, irregularly spaced, sashes mostly with glazing bars; 2-light casements and horizontal pivot windows with glazing bars. Modern glazed doors. Brick chimney stacks one off centre and one at each end. End facing road has 2 windows, sashes, only 1st floor with glazing bars.
