HAZELEIGH HAZELEIGH HALL LANE TL 80 SW 1/27 Barn approx. 30 metres south-west of Hazeleigh Hall GV II

Barn. Early C19. Timber framed, weatherboarded, roofed with corrugated iron.

8 bays aligned E-W, with 2 midstreys to N. C20 lean-to open shed to S. Plinth one metre high of red brick in English bond. Primary straight bracing.

Face-halved and bladed scarfs in wallplates. Bolted knees to straight tiebeams.

Joggled butt-purlin roof, the 2 E bays altered to clasped purlin construction.

One set of great doors boarded over, with later pigeon loft in gable. 2 pairs of original doors to S.
