Detached cottage. 1720 inscribed on datestone over door, altered late C18. Flemish bond brick with vitrified headers, Welsh slate roof, axial brick stack. Baffle-entry plan. Two-storey, 3-window.

C20 door in gabled porch to left of centre, 2-light beaded mullioned casement to left and two to right; right hand bay is late C18 addition. Datestone and bull's-eye over door. First floor has three 2-light beaded mullioned casements, eaves raised at same time as bay added; all mullions have been removed. Right return has 2-light first floor casement. Rear 2-storey addition to right. Interior said to contain open fireplace and chamfered beams. Included primarily for group value.
