BULKINGTON BULKINGTON VILLAGE ST 95 NW (south side) 7/97 No 8 (Home Farm Cottage) GV II

Detached cottage. Circa 1700. Flemish bond brick with vitrified headers and stone dressings and plinth, double Roman tiled roof with axial brick stack. Baffle entry. Two-storey, 4-window. C20 door to right of centre, 2-light recessed cyma-mullioned casement to right and two to left. Continuous moulded string course to first floor, four 2-light mullioned casements, illegible datestone over door. Rubble stone returns, single casement to left return.

Rear lean-to extension and conservatory, C20 steel casements.

Interior altered.
