BULKINGTON BULKINGTON VILLAGE ST 95 NW (south side) 7/101 No 24 (Tynings Farmhouse) GV II

Farmhouse. Circa 1700. Flemish bond brick with stone quoins, double Roman tiled roof, coped verges and gable end brick stacks.

Two-storey, 5-window. Central 6-panelled door, two 2-light cyma- mullioned casements either side with early C20 wooden glazing.

Moulded string course to first floor; five 2-light mullioned casements. Left return is rubble stone. Rear lean-to and gabled additions. Interior not accessible at time of survey (December 1986).
