Mid C19, formerly the Railway Tavern Hotel Spring Gardens House. Part of station scheme (but said to have been an unsuccessful venture). Three-storeys. Three windows to main (south) elevation, 1.1 windows to roadway. Stucco. Full classical Renaissance treatment. Large bay to south of road elevation. Part derelict.
