Almshouses. Mid C19. Brick with blue decorations, stone dressings, tilehung gables, plain tile roof. 1 storey, 3 bay with verandah along front. Verandah has wall at either end on front of corners of building. On front 4 thin posts to curly braces to wallplate and similar on inside of wall. Under at LH end and between RH bays plank door under shouldered stone arch. 3 stone 3-light casements.

On roof 3 large decorated gabled dormers with paired pointed casements. Roof half- hipped. Ridge stacks between.
