GV II

House, now dental surgery and dwelling. Late C18 with C15 and C16 core. Brick; shallow pitch Welsh slate roof; brick multiple stack to rear; 3-storeys and cellar; 3-window range: 6/6 sashes in painted reveals under grooved stucco lintels; similar over, with old glass to upper centre. Entrance to right has C20, 6-panel door, with entablature on banded pilasters; two 6/6 sashes to left. Right elevation of C20 brickwork, with C18, 9/6 sashes under grooved stucco lintels. Wing to rear has 6/6 sliding sash under grooved stucco lintel and 2/2 sash in shouldered case. INTERIOR reported as having a double tier of cusped and chamfered windbraces at the rear of the front range.
