Methodist chapel. c.1830, altered c.1890. Red brick in Engiish bond with blue brick coping to later plinth, hipped slate roof with deeply overhanging eaves. 2 storey, 3 bay front with added later C19 porch with parapet. Central double doors with radiating fanlight, semi-circular arch with keystone, flanked by single semi-circular headed lights. Above a single semi-circular headed window is flanked by single similar blocked openings, all with impost blocks. The sides of 3 bays each have tall fixed double margin light windows with coloured glass, and above blank semi-circular headed openings. To the rear a pent roofed school room.
