Early C17 building later divided into 2 houses. Colour washed plaster front under steeply pitched old tiled roof with 2 gables to road 2 storeys and attics, 4 first floor casement windows, 2 gable windows. C18 shop front, now removed, to No 47 had frieze, cornice, glazing bars, door on right.

Nos 35 to 51 (odd) and Nos 55 to 59 (odd) form a group.
