REDRUTH STATION HILL SW 64 SE (north side) 11/298 1.12.51 No.1 GV II House. Early C19. Slate-hung walls and slate roof. Rectangular plan. Two storeys and 3 bays, almost symmetrical; central doorway with plain surround, recessed door with overlight; the 5 windows (2 at ground floor and 3 above) are regularly disposed in relation to one another but the set as a whole is offset slightly to the left. Hipped roof of shallow pitch with projecting eaves; chimney stack to right-hand side wall. Left return wall has one window on each floor, like those at the front. Interior not inspected.
