Probably originally C17 lath and plaster on rubble base with overhang on first floor. Front altered in CIC by 'boxing out" plus parapet.
Three storeys and attic. Tile roof, one hipped dormer to Market Place.
Overhangs on boxed cornice. Rendered. Two windows, moulded flush frame with frieze and cornice, double flung sashes, glazing bars.
Modern ground floor with new glazing bars.
Nos. 14 to 21 (consec) form a group.
