House, c.1780, with early/mid C19 and early C20 additions. Flemish bond brick with dogtooth cornice. Old plain-tile roofs; brick right end and ridge stacks.
Central staircase plan extended to irregular plan with additions to each side and rear. 3 storeys; 5-window range. Original 3-bay symmetrical central range has pedimented central gable with small lunette window. 5-panelled door has panelled reveals and fanlight with decorative glazing. Early/mid C19 stucco Tuscan porch of columns and pilasters has simple Grecian pediment to each side.
Garnund floor has canted bay windows. Similar addition to left has late C20 sash to ground floor. 16-pane arid central 12-pane sashes; lower second floor has 8-pane and 6-pane sashes; rusticated rendered flat arches throughout. Early C20 addition set back on right is of 2 storeys; one-window range. 16-pane sashes have rendered lintels and sills, Interior not inspected,
