C17 or earlier timber-framed cottage on a flint base with plaster, brick and flint infilling, all now painted. The first floor of the east half is jettied and has curved braces. Hipped thatched roof. Casement windows with small square panes. One oriel window projecting on bracket. Two storeys. Two windows.
