Probably 2 cottages, now 3. Nos. 2 and 3 early C19, No. 1 to left mid C19 Ground floor brick in English bond, first floor rendered timber framing, with plain tile roof. 2 storeys and attic, No. 1 on galletted flint plinth, Nos. 2 and 3 on brick plinth. Mansard roof. Ridge stack at left end No. 2 and smaller ridge stack at right end of No. 3. No. 1 has large dormer with hipped roof and 2 first-floor sashes; Nos. 2 and 3 together have 2 small hipped dormers, one 2-storey canted bay to left and one first-floor glazing- bar sash to right. Panelled door at right end of No.1, up 3 steps, under shallow hood with triangular pediment on carved brackets.

No. 2 has panelled door under similar hood to right of canted bay.

No. 3 has boarded door in rear lean-to. Rear lean-to to whole row, possibly added. Included for group value.
