WICKHAM MARKET HIGH STREET (west side) TM 3055-3155 5/39 No 70 16.3.66 GV II House now part dwelling part shop. Late C17. Timber framed and plastered. L shaped with plaintiled hipped roofs at different levels. 2 storeys and attic.

The south elevation to The Hill has modern 2-light casement window with 3- light modern casement display window to ground floor. Elevations have scattered fenestration: modern casements. 2 dormers: casements. Entrance doorway has 4-panelled door with architrave and hood: the upper panels glazed.

The return elevations have pebble-dash finish and some external framework cement rendered. One central brick stack.
