CRANBROOK BAKER'S CROSS, (EAST TQ 7735 NE SIDE) 12/12 Nos 3, 4 and 5 20.6.67 GV II

Cottage, row, C18. Timber-frame on red and blue brick plinth with red and blue brick ground floor and tile-hung first floor. Plain tiled roof, half-hipped to right. Tall central brick ridge stack and stack on wing to rear at left.

Hipped dormer to left. Two storeys and attic. Irregular fenestration of 5 windows on both floors, that to right a small flat-headed octagonal bay.

Boarded doors at entrance left, (No 3), to left of centre, (No 4), and to right, (No 5).
