CRANBROOK BAKER'S CROSS, (EAST TQ 7735 NE SIDE) 12/15 Pear Tree Cottage (formerly listed 20.6.67 as Llangollen) GV II

House. C16, clad in C18. Timber-framed on deep painted brick plinth with painted brick ground floor and tile-hung first floor, divided by wooden bressummer, possibly of continuous jetty. Boxed eaves to plain tiled roof with projecting end stack to right and stack to rear at left. Central flat-headed dormer. Two storeys. Regular 2-window first floor, glazing bar sashes with open boxes, irregular 2-window ground floor, larger glazing bar sashes. Almost central panelled door with flat hood on brackets over, up 3 steps.
