String-courses. Eaves bracket cornice. Windows in moulded architrave surrounds, those on the first floor with pediments over, those on the second floor segmental-headed Carriage archway through the ground floor at south end. Hlipped slate roof. -

All the listed buildings, with Nos 1 to 9 (consec) Lowndes Buildings, in Castle Street (West Side) form a group.
