Outhouse and dairy. C17 outhouse, C18 dairy, both with C19 alterations.

In two parts: timber-frame with brick infill and brick, continuous plain tile roof. Outhouse: 2 storeys in 4 framed bays, 3 square panels high to wall-plate with straight tension braces, one further (lower) bay of framing to left. Dairy to right: 2 casement windows flanking central door, all with segmental heads.
