Early to mid C19. 3 storeys and basement colour washed. Hipped slate roof with moulded eaves cornice. 2 sashes with some glazing bars intact. Some of the lower storey windows have panes of decorated stained glass. The lower 2 storeys are set in a projection. Left side doorcase with flat wooden weatherhood on brackets and moulded architrave. 4 panelled door, the top 2 panels cut away and glazed.

4 stone steps to street. The right side elevation has 3 sashes with moulded architrave and 1 ground floor 3-light bay with panelled risers. The garden elevation has 2 5-light bays through all floors.

Nos 13 to 19 (odd) and Flint House form a group.
