Includes: No.35 PRIDE HILL. Restaurant and shop, originally dwellings. Mid C16. Timber-framed with plain tiled roof. 3 storeys, 5-window range. Inserted shop front to Pride Hill frontage, doorway, casement window and blocked door to Butcher Row elevation. Jettied upper storeys, framed with close studding with middle rail, tension bracing at angles, and moulded bressumers. Plasterwork embellished with fleurs-de-lys, Tudor roses. Windows to first floor are projecting square oriels, with mullions and transoms and leaded panes. Second storey windows are casements of 2, 3 and 4 lights. Gable end to Pride HiIl extensively restored early C20 with mock timber-framing with quatrefoil panel decoration, and 2-storey oriel window.
