House, dated 1825 with initials WPL, on lintel. Squared stone with tooled and margined dressings, green slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays, symmetrical. Plinth.

2 semicircular steps to flush-panelled double doors under 5-pane overlight.

16-pane sash windows. All openings have alternating jambs; slightly-projecting window sills. Stone end stacks. To right set back lean-to with 2 small windows, stone slate roof. Right return shows 2 small 4-pane attic sashes with iron bars. Rear elevation shows 16-pane sash stair window with intersecting glazing bars under round-headed arch, flanked at 1st floor level by 16-pane sashes; ground floor windows renewed in old openings.
