5330 (South Side) Alndyke NU 21 SW 9/126 II 2.

Early C19. Two storeys and 3 windows. Ashlar. Slate roof with coped gables and footstones and stone chimneys. Glazing bar sash windows; round headed window in centre with pointed glazing in head. Square box porch in centre of ground floor.

Two lower wings project at each side of ground floor.

The south front has 3 windows and central 6 panel door. Percy Crescent in rain-water pipe head.
