Square headed windows to ground and third floors and rounded upper corners to corniced and pilastered first floor windows; segmental headed windows to attic. Sashes, glazing bars. Architraves. Rich dentil cornice above third floor. Subsidiary cornice to attic. Cast iron area railings. Integral part of Princes Square planned layout.
