4/69 Outbuilding about 5 yards north-west of Mill Hall -

GV II

Outbuilding. Mid/late C16 with mid-C20 alterations. Timber-framed, painted brick infill, brick replacement walling and plain tiled roof. Three framed bays.

Single storey and attic. Framing: 4 square panels from sill to wall-plate, long straight braces in lower corners, collar and tie-beam trusses in gable ends with double collars, queen struts and V-struts in apex. Main south elevation: has a 3-light casement, a rectangular and a square light and a stable door. Attic lights in gable ends; west gable end has the date "1503" in the apex. Interior: roof has double rows of trenched purlins and 2 intermediate collar and tie-beam trusses with queen struts.
