II GV 2.

Mid C18. Originally one house. Roughcast with quoins. Moulded plaster eaves with old tiled roof. Stone gabled ends with kneelers. Divided into 3 bays by giant fluted pilasters with Ionic caps. 3 storeys, 4 sash windows with glazing bars in moulded stucco architraves with slight cornices. Modern shop front is bisected by western pilaster.

Nos 12 to 28 (even) form a group.
