Mid C19. 3 storeys and attic and basement. Modern attic storey. Hipped slate roof. Cemented. Cornice and blocking course. Bands between floors.

Ground floor rusticated. 4 windows. Later C19 sash windows in reveals with glazing bars missing. Architraves with lugs; iron guards to 1st floor windows. Flat arched doorway up 4 steps; modern door behind with rectangular fanlight over.

Nos 16 to 48 (Even) form a group.
