TM 03 NE HOLTON ST MARY BACONS GREEN (south east side) 2/6 - Holton Place - II House. Front range c.1700 with possible earlier origins and C19-C20 alterations.

Rear range probably C16. Rear range timber-framed, rendered,underbuilt in brick with plain tile roof. Front range painted brick (possibly encasing timber frame), plain tile roof. Left return rebuilt/cased in red brick in stretcher bond.

L-plan. 2 storeys, 5-bay front. C19 6-panel part-glazed door in bracketed doorcase. 16-pane sashes. 1st floor band. Double dentilled cornice. Stacks to ridge of left return and to rear. Full inspection not permitted.
