Description

The original plan shown the extension at the rear of the building and included note on the construction work. It was drawn on 04 Nov 1911.

On 21 Mar 1912, following building, additional measurements, levels and drains were added in red ink. Various minor changes were also made in red ink and a table was added giving the contractor, actual and estimated costs and the dates of authorisation, completion and commencement. The title was also amended to read Record Drawing.
