Nos. 12-16 is a large three storey building with a total of nine windows across. There is a walkway to Clarke's Yard between nos. 12 and 14, and nos. 15-16 in the foreground have two late 19th century bay windows on the first floor and an original shop front. This shop has awning advertising "Fox and Sons Mens Wear Specialists", with Bishop Aukland's "Rock Building Society" on the first floor.
