Description

The photographer's notes state: 'Mr and Miss Rees and their dog on the above bridge from N'. [See BB71/09063]

The exact location of The Cottage has not been determined although it is believed to have been on the west side of what is now Main Road (formerly the village street).

In the 1927 edition of Kelly's Directory for Kent the resident of The Cottage is listed as Mr Daniel Rees.
